The mission of the data science team is to maximize the power of data to benefit all of LinkedIn through science and engineering. The team tackles challenges across product, sales, marketing, economics, infrastructure and more. They use data insights to drive strategy, apply statistical inference and algorithms to optimize, and build engineering solutions to scale, all towards realizing LinkedIn’s ongoing business objectives and long-term company vision.
