DevOps at Scale: A hands-on meetup at LinkedIn

At LinkedIn, we love to build new things and explore new technologies. For the past year we've sunk our teeth deep into SaltStack, a configuration management tool that has our SRE team performing faster and more efficiently.
We're very excited to be hosting a DevOps Meetup with SaltStack and LinkedIn for an afternoon of hands-on labs, panel discussions, and delicious food. We will look at how LinkedIn utilizes SaltStack to build the next-generation data, storage, and search platforms through automation and tools.
We will also discuss how SaltStack is used to automate monitoring, deployment, testing frameworks, and internal workflow for development, QA, operations, and release control in a large scale, mission-critical production environment. Thomas Hatch, SaltStack founder and CTO, and senior engineering from LinkedIn will deliver presentations and lead break-out session on a variety of basic and advanced DevOps at scale topics.
